Nutrition is the vital elements that
we get from food. Nutrition fuels strength and energy to the body
to perform various bodily functions. So, it is important to eat
right kind of food to promote health and to reduce the risk of mortality

diabetes, stroke, and osteoporosis .

A balance diet refers to the intake of appropriate and adequate amount of foods and drinks that supply nutrient and energy to the body for maintenance of body cells, tissues and organs that support the normal growth and development of the body. In general, experts recommend eating a wide variety of foods rich in complex carbohydrates, fiber, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy foods as part of a healthy diet. They also recommend limiting saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, salt and alcohol.
Many people look for fast or easy ways to slim down at some point
in their lives. And there are hundreds of diet
plans out there to lure you. But before you choose between the
all-juice diet and the no-carb diet, it is advisable that you must
choose the plan that suits your requirements.
The South Beach diet,
developed by U.S. cardiologist Arthur Agatston, stress on the intake
of good carbohydrates and good fats. The diet encourages consumption
of whole grains and large amounts of vegetables, along with adequate
amounts of mono and polyunsaturated fats, including omega-3 fatty
acids.
People are often willing to try anything that promises to help
them lose weight because they want to look or feel better, or because
they are worried about getting weight-related diseases. If you want
