In the past years when we were all small children, our fathers,
mothers and grandparents were very smartly turned out and healthy.
This is because they maintained a life of balance and had peace.
Today, we have moved towards the fast cars, fast lives and fast
technology but at the cost of ourselves.
From eating junk food to sitting and watching too much of television,
from stress and sleepless nights our lives miss out the middle path
completely and usually one does realize only when the damage is
fairly significant. Everyday is another day gone so can we please
wake up today and look at ourselves in the mirror for the truth?
And the truth is that we do not like what we see, right? So far
nothing seems right but it can all be changed with a little bit
of effort. Let's start at the beginning!
While the problem is that we have put on too much weight, the solutions
are many. To begin with let us assess why this situation arose and
what we can do to stop it from becoming bigger. For starters, let's
remove junk food, too much sitting in front of the television and
start exercise and add a good sleep pattern.
To begin a good workout schedule, you need to meet with your Physician
who would suggest a diet, behaviour and exercise routine to suit
your condition. He would tell you about the various Weight loss programs that would benefit you and about the Weight loss pills
too. He may add weight loss supplements too to help you more. Remember
at this point he is your best friend so do follow his advice totally.
Last but not least, try to avoid as much stress as possible as
this will only harm you in the long run. Join meditation classes
or meditate at home for peace, strength and confidence. Try and
bring in the balance in your life that we miss so much today. Believe
that today is a new start and tomorrow a day to look forward to!
